Refund Policies

At Sadda Haq Manavta, we value the generosity and trust of our donors and supporters. We strive to ensure every contribution is used effectively and transparently toward our mission. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested.

Donations made voluntarily to Sadda Haq Manavta are generally non-refundable. In certain exceptional cases—such as duplicate transactions, technical errors, or unauthorized use of your account—we may consider refund requests submitted within 7 days of the original transaction date.

To initiate a refund request, please contact our support team at support@saddahaqmanavta.org with your transaction details, including the date, amount, and mode of payment. All such requests will be thoroughly reviewed by our finance team to determine eligibility for a refund.



Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original mode of payment and may take 7–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment gateway. Please note that service fees or transaction charges may not be refundable.

Sadda Haq Manavta reserves the right to deny refund requests that fall outside the scope of this policy. We encourage contributors to read all details carefully before making a donation or payment through our website.
