A victim often wants justice but cannot speak up because of compulsion, financial situation, or other reasons.
The government has created the Constitution for people’s safety and to deliver justice, established courts, and formed the police force. Yet, even today, many people remain victims of exploitation for one reason or another and do not get justice.
The Constitution, the police force—established to ensure people’s safety and maintain peace in society—do not fully benefit the common man.
The main reasons are poor financial conditions and lack of legal awareness, which are exploited by those who know the law to oppress the helpless.
One of the main objectives of Saada Haq Manavta Charitable Trust is to provide free or low- cost fee legal assistance to the helpless, so that the dignity and rights of the poor and underprivileged can be protected, and they can get justice. It aims to spread the message of brotherhood and create a "Humanitarian & Corruption-Free Society."
This is not my fight alone, nor yours alone—we all have to fight together so that we can give our future generations a safe and happy society, because living a life of dignity is everyone’s right—It’s “Sadda Haq”.
